Sunday, 6 pm, BJJ classes are now cancelled for the summer. They will resume in the fall. Monday thru Thursday classes will continue as usual.

Summer's Here!!!!! Yes the weather seems to be taking a turn for the better! The days just keep getting longer and longer! But that is no excuse to skip out on yourself! You have to keep up with your workout regimen year round. It's not a seasonal thing...it's not what you do when you "have time"...it's something you need to "MAKE TIME" for and do for yourself. Everyone in your life will benefit from you making (and taking) some "me" time!!
So we've been having some really toasty days lately! The A/C is up and running for the Fitness Kick Box classes!!! We are the only ones who use it! So if you want to workout in the cooler temps...come join us in the Fitness Kick Box classes!!
